About the same as the white boys around here with asian words tattooed on their bodies. Do they really know what it says?

My favorite is the tattoo of chinese characters that says “gullible white boy”

In Japan I took a picture of a kid, even younger than the one you’ve shown, with a shirt that said “Let’s get naked and have a party.” My eyes nearly popped out of my head.

Also saw a nice one on that back of a T-shirt in Japan which I assume was merchandise from the Phantom of the Opera. In English it said, “She chased him around the opera house and then caught him by the organ.”
